Merry Christmas!

This year more then ever I really felt so incredibly happy at Christmas, especially giving gifts rather than getting them. I definitely have had one of the best Christmas's ever this year. And I am pumped and ready to go into the new year with high hopes and full spirits. Merry Christmas to all!

Oh November

Well, it's that crazy month again now. Where they still sell apple cider, and people still have pumpkins on there porches, but then at the same time Starbucks gets out there peppermint frappe, and Christmas everything starts getting advertised. Oh November.  Also, this is probably going to be my craziest month of the year, since I have a billion and one things going on. And the weather here has been insane lately, one day it's gorgeous and 70, next day it's low 40's. Like what??? At least baking is totally appropriate this month, it's one of the things I can do inside, when it's freezing outside, that will actually be productive. Anyone already starting to listen to Christmas music? I know I am. I can hardly wait for that glorious Christmas season, and It's just around the corner now! Why I can practically smell all those homemade sugar cookies. :)
Had to get this shot before the fall leaves are all gone, which most of them are now. It's not the best, …

Simplicity with a Sweater

All of September I've been simply dying to wear my sweaters. And now it's finally cold enough! *Rejoices*   I love the simplicity of this outfit, the simple brown over-sized sweater paired with a patterned scarf, orange nail polish to spice it up (i love my colored nail polishes), dark jeans, (mine even have the perfect dark brown seams on the edges that go oh so well with the sweater) and just some easy, comfy brown boots with fur on the inside. Plus the braided headband (that is not fake, but actually my own hair) makes it look like you actually tried.

Thanks to my lovely mother for taking these photos <3

Boots are Necessary

I can hardly believe October is already upon us! Yay Fall!
My absolute favorite pair of boots right now. They are literally so comfy and sooo cute! Bonus they were actually cheap too! The link to where I got them will be down at the bottom of this post. :)
Plus this brilliant orange tree was just to pretty not to include in this post. I have dance all day today so I'm loading up on caffeine. But I'm super pumped for my upcoming youtube video (if I can ever get my editor to work....) Stay tuned for a post on that. I hope you have a fantastic day, don't forget to do what you love and stay fab. God Bless!

Baking Season Begins

Ahh, as fall comes around the corner the sweet smells of breads, muffins, cookies, and good coffee comes from my kitchen. It's baking season. To me Autumn just screams everything sweet and tasty. Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin breads, and anything with good spices.  So today, I made this tasty walnut chocolate chip banana bread.  Although I have to say the process didn't go all that smoothly, for as much as I love baking, I am not the most skilled at it. But it still tasted quite fabulous.

I filmed a "Bake With Me" video as I made this, so if you would like to check that out here is a link to my youtube:

The 60d

I played around a bit with my moms Canon 60d the other day. Love that thing. I barely know what I'm doing with it yet it still takes good pictures. I'm hope to buy my own DSLR soon... I Hope...

Walking in the park with the pup

Walking is one of my favorite pass times, especially when it provides exercise for my dog.
